Originally from Manchester, England, we decided in 2019 that we would work to quit our 9-5 jobs and travel the world indefinitely. We now try to say ‘yes’ to as many opportunities as possible.
We started this RU-vid channel because Jake’s mum told us we had to! Our mission is to now make videos that we can show to our future kids.
Same way u all will get disappeared from Europe. You all have become irreligious.Muslims will invade you..Become religious and good Christians and get ready for future Crusades or get perish......😮😢
5:44 There’s a lot of wrong information about the historic stuff. When you say 1923 to a Turk, yes, the people exchange of Greek and Turkey will pop up to their mind which is connected to the treaty of Lausanne made by Europeans and has caused a lot of political issues in Turkey concerning the Kurdish for example. Anyways, basically Anatolian Greeks & Asian Turks had to leave their homes from 1919-1923. 1923 is one of the last arrivals. Western people sometimes interpret this story in a very Eurocentric manner. Yes, Christian Greeks left their home of centuries (in Anatolia and the Aegean of cities like Sivas, Trabzon, Ayvalik) for todays Greek. Muslim Turks left their home of centuries (todays Greek mainland & the islands like Crete, Saloniki, Lesvos, Corfu) for mainly the Aegean part & Istanbul. But what is not seen by Eurocentric thinkers is that among the Christian population that had to move around there are a lot of ethnically Turkish people that became Christian to stay with their Greek partners for example or converted because they didn’t want to leave their home. But also many that were Christian anyway. There are many such ignored details :)
@Everyday Weekend When you say next year January, are you going to be here 2023, January? I'm going to walk through the Lycian Way from Fethiye to Antalya starting around end of Novermber till when I feel so. If I'll be around could I join you guys?
It’s call Death island for a reason!!!!! So many tourists have been kill there They are known for cheap hotels and Death it’s the last place I would visit No thanks!!!!!
你好,好人先生!we loved fethiye a LOT! We felt it was clean, transport was ok, but car traffic was heavy. The food is amazing with a lot of variety, especially towards the centre.
Awesome job and loved seeing your enthusiasm (+1 sub from a fellow small travel creator) 🙂Also fun fact: this wasn't even Qatar Airways' signature product as that is their QSuites so there's still more to look forward to in the future if you ever fly them again 🙂And know that you can do this a lot more often if you delve into a few tricks of the travel hacking world by means of points & miles 😀
@@everydayweekend4823 well know that if you redeem just over 37,000 ish British Airways Avios points per person, you could get to try QSuites from Doha to Frankfurt for about £100 ish per person 🙂 I think the UK American Express Platinum card currently offers a 60,000 point sign up bonus for spending £6,000 within 6 months of opening the card. AMEX Membership Rewards points can then be transferred one to one over to British Airways in order to book Qatar Airways 🙂👍🏻
I flew Qatar business class to Thailand 5 times last year. This plane you fly is the most inferior business class product from Qatar. Next time you should check the type of aircraft when you book to avoid this old business class cabin.
Hey guys, really useful video! Did you fly into Bangkok and then get a 11 hour transport from the airport to koh-samui?! Just trying to plan my trip and really want to visit koh-samui, Thanks :)
Thanks! Yes we flew to Bangkok first and then had a flight to Koh Samui Booked. However as part of the sandbox programme you will need it all booked under one ticket as they escort you off the plane and to the next flight. However, right now I believe the Test and go programme is up and running, so you should be able to just do a test when you land as long as you apply for your Thai Pass using the link in our description. Instead of clicking on the Sandbox, just click on Test and Go instead. Good luck!
I am looking to have a gathering there with friends in the penthouse although I am not sure if it is easy to get people passed the reception without everyone being questioned would we be able to get everyone to blend in or is security very tight?
The only way to get to the apartments is via the lift or stairs. The issue you'll have is that the main reception is next to the lifts. Also the lifts are key card controlled, so if you took people in 2's or 3's you'd have to keep coming down and escorting them all up. So I'd say it's going to be a challenge in all honesty.
