We got engaged! But now begins the really hard work. Looking for an affordable wedding venue is like looking for a needle in a haystack! We quickly realised that booking a wedding was nothing like booking a venue for say, a birthday party or an engagement. It was a whole other beast in itself sometimes racking up to as much as £10,000 just for room hire!
However, after some digging, I discovered that by doing this one thing, we were able to get creative and get some much lower figures in for our big day.
