Really enjoyed hearing your story and watching this journey that you took. I am from the US but only rode in Europe. Now you have me thinking of finally riding in the US next year. I saw you had the Road Warrior Foundation shirt on. I always thought about donating since I saw them on a can-am video. After watching you I finally became a monthly donator. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear you enjoyed the story and the journey. Riding in Europe sounds amazing, and we're thrilled you're considering riding in the US next year. 🔥
Congrats on your amazing trek! Quite an accomplishment for anyone to complete. This is THE ONLY way to see the country. It’s never about the destination but always about the memories of the trip. If I can recommend maybe looking in to a cool suit the next time you decide to road trip, if will def keep you comfortable. NASCAR drivers use them and hooking up provisions to a Can Am would likely be painless. Looking forward to seeing where the road takes you next Sophie!
What an amazing achievement, I have been in my chair 4 years tomorrow and Im trying to push my self and try new experiences. Seeing your videos gives me the push i need, i can either let this beat me or live my best life and experience what the world has to offer. Where there is a will, there has to be a way! I now sail with Dart Sailability and the Disabled Sailing Association, something that i never thought I would be able to access. As you say its easy to focus on what you cant do, and listen to people telling you what you can’t do. What we need is more positivity, more awareness of whats available, to be seen, to be given the chance and for things to be affordable. Much love and thankyou, I dont think for a minute you realise just the positive impact you have on people xx
Your determination is truly inspiring! Keep pushing forward and embracing new experiences. You have the strength to live your best life and explore everything the world has to offer. As you said, where there's a will, there's always a way. 🔥
As a fellow wheelchair user, I say well done. I did a similar thing here in Australia on the 10th anniversary of my accident. I took a group of 14 people on 9 Spyders from Southern Queensland, down to Tasmania (including the overnight ferry), a lap of Tasmania, and back again. 25 days and approx 7000km. In 14 days time I set off on a shorter 11 day, 3000km ride to outback Queensland with another group of people. Most of the original 14 plus a few more. Strangely, having my disability has made me a better, stronger, more compassionate individual. I bring people along for the journey, and get more pleasure from their enjoyment. They don't treat me any different to others, we all cop the Australian sense of humour. What we do get is a friendship that will last forever. We all carry our own diversity in the group, be that age, illness, injury, food allergies, sexual orientation, etc. But our common bond is the Spyder and having a good time with friends. Thanks for sharing your journey.
I remember following along of your instagram stories at the time, where you stopped at a gas station took your glove off and had a gallon of water come out your sleeve, I remember Bowl putting ice in your hood a few days later… it’s so great to see the whole ride like this and fuck what an achievement… as a paraplegic myself this gives me so much hope… well done Sophie Morgan so much respect for you ❤ x
I've been a fan of Sophie since a friend showed me her youtube channel after I had my left leg amputated above the knee. Having ridden motorbikes for many years I was somewhat distraught at not being able to ride again, that was until I sore her on the Ryker. So I went out and bought a Ryker Rally and haven't looked back. We are surrounded by inspirational people who can open our eyes to what's possible.....disability be damned!

Amazing video! So inspiring. This is why I will always be a die hard Can Am Ryker Ryder. Actually dont live to far from your stop in Iowa. Would be so amazing to meet you. Keep on riding and being an inspiration!
I’m so lucky to call Sophie a friend. Been looking forward to seeing this since she did the ride. This doc should be shown in schools and to all disabled kids to inspire them and show them what they CAN do. Great job everyone on a fab doc
