Hi, as an investor I’m really happy about the institutional setup you are using and your transparency. Thing is I worry about two things; 1) losing other investors along this process and 2) the amount of effort for me. Other platforms allow you to transfer the capital + expected fees at time of commitment and they solve it in the back office with forming of an spv, etc and notify me during the process.
