I just discovered Matt a couple of weeks ago, and I am addicted. His voice, his presence, his everything - that soul, that passion for music, - wow... he's so amazing and I hope to see him live one day, that would be the ultimate dream come true! <3 <3 <3

Fantastic musician, great singer and great tunes, but I gotta say about this video (and nothing to do with Matt at all - ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY THE VERY WORST INTRODUCTION OF A PERFORMER I HAVE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE!!! "We're gonna bring Matt Andersen back up here to do one his own tunes now." WTF IS THAT???!!!!

@@techy72 thanks techy, but i did understand from his wording he was bringing him up 'again', but nevertheless, a very poor 're' introduction. Matt is amazing (I just found him by chance and have learned a couple of his songs already), so how about a little more enthusiasm and info like song title, source album, whatever - but mainly enthusiasm!

We saw his first ever concert at Massey Hall a few years ago. I had goosebumps many times. It was just him, his guitar and that voice and he had the entire audience in the palm of his hand. A brilliant performer.
It's interesting how TV and its production staff freak performers out. The absences of Mr. Myles normal performance musicians were usurped for local musicians, reminds me when my Celtic group ORAN was invited to play in a very popular show in the Nationally broadcasted show in Canada called "Up Home Tonight." Unbeknownst to us, on arriving on the set, our electric Bass guitarists was informed (at rehearsals) that the show only included acoustic instruments. Lucky for us, after having a stand-up Bass placed in his hands, his talent of a quick learn, saved the day.
I was there live and it was powerful to hear for the first time. It a 50th birthday for a lady I was with at the time. It became our song. Funny because I did have to leave so this song became true to us both. Yep our song crazy. Wonderful with Stewart Mclean and the stories plus this side kick with Matt Anderson. Two thumbs up!!!
