Why don't you do the exercices till the end ??? You says for instance 6 times, and you do 1.2.....6. So, I prefer other tutorial, where professionnals do their best.
I really enjoyed all of the videos I wonder if you have any exercise or advice for small arthritis in my middle fingers sometimes my fingers Hurt. I also am applying to the facial exercises for wrinkles in the fore head between the eyes I just have that main one between the eyes I’m really working on it I don’t know if you have any more exercises for those
Is this safe and effective for Ascites (buildup of water in the abdomen)? There is so little out there to help those who are suffering from this dreadful condition and the prognosis isn't good either. Conventional treatment is usually very invasive and the results aren't long lasting. Ascites is a potentially dangerous condition to have usually related to liver cirrhosis but there are other serious and complex underlying causes.
