I was just about to ask is there a reason you massage down instead of up, because with skin brushing they teach you to brush towards the heart to drain the fluid. As I was typing, you then started massaging up back toward the heart 😂. It's like you read my mind! Does the size of the tool matter? I'm wondering if I should get a bigger one to use for my body, specifically arms and legs. Or can I save money and just use a seperate gua sha for whole body?
