To anyone watching this video still: its actually the whey ("water") that you need to dry out, not the white curds. Boil the whey until it thickens more and then pour it in a pan to dry it out and then blend it up into powder.
I don't get it,why wash and cook a dried soybeans only to dry it again and then blending?You could have just roasted a dried soybeans for 10 minutes and then blend into flour.😅Washing and cooking has already lost the nutrition in your soybeans flour..
Thanks for this. But after this process, do I have to boil my soyabean powder after diluting with water to make the soy milk. Or you just consume it like that?
