This will help me so much with my 'Tofu Fa' desert. I finally learned that you can ad a little gelatin to the soy milk for a soft curd. Then pour some hot ginger syrup over that!

Hello! Great video, it's very detailed. I have a few questions. Why do the skins need to be removed? How does that step effect the results? Are the skins discarded and composted or can they be added to food for more fiber?

Hmmm.... I wonder if this is soy flour except it's already cooked. But I might be wrong . I always imagined we have to make the soy milk and then dehydrate to get soy milk powder. In the late 70's kindergarten children were given soya flour to take home for mother's to cook them. It's kind of introduction to this food but my mother couldn't get us to drink them . She ended up making sweet cakes and persuade us to eat them

Thank you very much Please why do I need to boil it I did it once by frying and my little niece seemed to not tolerate it cos he use to vomit. a lot please does boiling destroy the phytic acid.

i can't do it bee trying for months. i think i am just going to give up. i have loads of soy beans but its getting me down now all i get is dirty water which i just threw away. i tried so hard. all i wanted was soy milk powder. i may try again in a few wks ................
