1.A man can't be a guest professor for 32 Colleges. 2.Even if he takes one class per college per day, he would be entitled for a payment of guest lecture for one period only. 3.The college authorities can't pay monthly salary to such guest lecturers on par with Contract basis teaching staff on monthly basis as per contract agreement & account the expenses under the sub "Head of Account: Salaries" & create a fake Expenditure Accounts to cheat the management/ the University. 4.Under the advanced technology, during the present day world, CCTV surveillance facility is provided in all the colleges towards safety aspects for the sake of students & to the College Authorities/management. 5.The question of bio-metric Aadhar based electronic attendance wouldn't arise for guest lecture(s), who is/are attending college for the selected classess, for selected days according to the time table faculty wise for each course. 6.By checking the CCTV footage inside the college premises/at the entrance/exit, it could be assessed easily, whether one & the same lecturer attended all the 32 colleges on all the days, which wouldn't be possible physically by a single individual. Part time lecturers would be inside the college premises only for the duration of the lecture hours, whereas, the full time lecturer would be inside the college premises at least for 4 to 6 hours continuously on all the working days in a week. In these circumstances, a person can't be a professor for 32 colleges in one & the same month. 7.The management may cheat by manual records, but such cheating wouldn't be possible under the Electronic World. AG(Audit) could detect such frauds, if the Audit is carried out in all angles. 8.What the Lord Jesus taught his Disciples some 2K; years ago, & the concept of the same still holds good. "No man can serve two masters at a time". Refer to the Holy Gospel, New Testament "Mathew -6:24" may be referred to here in this regard.!!!
