Rebel Lures offers easy-to-use, natural-looking fishing lures with multi-species appeal that are especially good in creeks and ponds.
The Rebel Lures brand was established in 1962 with the creation of original Rebel Minnow.
Several of Rebel Lures’ most popular baits, including the Rebel Wee-Crawfish Series and Crickhopper Series, are famous for their all-species appeal and their effectiveness for bank and creek anglers. That said, the iconic Rebel Pop-R has a long history of bass tournament success and is highly effective on waters ranging from major reservoirs to small ponds.
From Micro Critters, which are designed for ultralight fishing in small water, to the Jumpin’ Minnow, which is popular for inshore saltwater fishing, Rebel Lures are designed to help you #CatchFishAnywhere.

I’ve caught a lot of fish on the original Rebel Crawfish- mostly Smallmouth bass and Pike but never had much luck on the other ones. Hooked and lost the biggest pike of my life on the original crawfish. The only lure that has out fished it for me is the floating Rapala.
Excellent. Be neat to know the lake they were fishing. I know it’s in Florida. I bet the lake looks different now. Bass fishing is so much different now 60 years later.
It’s early winter here in Ontario. I’m dreaming of summer already and just ordered one of these, not realizing it doubles as a crank bait. Thanks for the informative video.
Buen tip para usar el 🦗 de Rebel, tengo uno pero está bien guardado en mi estuche de señuelos, después de ver éste vídeo lo usaré en mi próxima a pesca, se te agradece mucho.
Just picked up the slightly smaller (1 1/2") middle craw while preparing my first tackle box and wanted to make sure I understood how to retreive. very excited to throw it out in a little pond full of perch and see if i can't find a bigger fish !
Just bought 3 from Walmart tonight. Well two craws and a cricket hopper. Second I saw them I snatched them up and I just told myself “no more lures…no more lures.” I couldn’t resist when I saw these. They look awesome. I’m pumped to try them out
I’ve had a horrible time finding these lately. Have they been discontinued! I really hope not-these have long been one of my favorite, top-producing trout lures.
I fish it straight retrieval with a ultralight 4lb test (usually) first time fishing it I caught a bluegill and largemouth bass right after great reliable spring/summer lure
