We are a poor country, so don't blame KeNHA; their work is just to manage road constructions and not to finance the projects. Finance is the bottom line. We will have to rely on PPP to complete the dualing of the Northern corridor and constructing the LAPSSET corridor from scratch.
Congratulations. Sometimes when I see these projects I don't complain about the loans and high cost of living because I know they will reduces with time
