They fought an alien who uses god trees to absorb planets even kaguaya. Also the chakra cannon in the last proves Naruto is planetary. Kaguya and Naruto have to be relative to each other to even fight. Kaguya was going destroyed all her dimensions all have stars so we can put Kaguya at large multi star level. Naruto was 1v1 Kaguya for a period of the fight and then Sasuke jumped in remember these two are equals. So this means Naruto fought a multi large star level threat on his own. Which puts him at star level and Sasuke since again these two are even. In Boruto momshiki was going to destroy the solar system after even they harvested the chakra fruit. Momoshiki also created larger dimensions then Kaguya that the data books describe as parallel universes putting him at multi solor system , fused momoshiki is WAY stronger as he could fight Naruto and Sasuke at the same time at max so we can put him at VERY low galaxy level. Just because kaguya has a specific technique that can do that doesn't mean anyone else does. Naruto and Sasuke both unleashed their most powerful jutsu and the planet is still standing so they're sub planetery. Our small star is nearly one million times more massive than Earth. Anyone capable of destroying a star would have to fight at less than 0.001% of their power to keep a planet intact which doesn't make sense narratively.

When Naruto slices Kaguya’s arm off his arm isn't damaged in the process meaning his durability scales to his AP. VSBATTLES WIKI Durability scaling is finding out how a person's durability should scale to a certain Attack Potency value. Yes, rasenshuriken damaged Naruto but after training while using it in sage mode he became resistant to it's damage. We never see it damage him ever again because he gained resistance towards cellular attacks.
