When Naruto slices Kaguya’s arm off his arm isn't damaged in the process meaning his durability scales to his AP. VSBATTLES WIKI Durability scaling is finding out how a person's durability should scale to a certain Attack Potency value. Yes, rasenshuriken damaged Naruto but after training while using it in sage mode he became resistant to it's damage. We never see it damage him ever again because he gained resistance towards cellular attacks.

Just because kaguya has a specific technique that can do that doesn't mean anyone else does. Naruto and Sasuke both unleashed their most powerful jutsu and the planet is still standing so they're sub planetery. Our small star is nearly one million times more massive than Earth. Anyone capable of destroying a star would have to fight at less than 0.001% of their power to keep a planet intact which doesn't make sense narratively.
