Hi omar, it would be nice if you can make a small promo what youll be talking bout and put it on you insta stories or posts or twitter while linking to the actual video for people to learn more. Alot of people are unaware if these wonderful videos you share bout mental health on youtube.
Omar, I'm so thankful for this video. I feel like I've been judging myself harshly since 2020, getting out of a job that wasn't me (engineering) and doing something I loved (the arts) against the support of my parents. I got kicked out of home for it and have been living by myself. I've also had a really harsh relationship that has taken a lot from me. And yet I never acknowledged these things properly. I've kept asking a lot of productivity from myself. Your video helps me a lot, and I'm going to learn to be more understanding, kind, and slow with myself. Thank you so much ❤️ I will keep listening to this video on repeat
Watching this after I badly dealt with a crisis while preparing for an entrance exam. I wish that I could hear this video earlier instead of repressing my thoughts. Thanks a lot for this video!
Hello Omar, I hope you are doing well. I am here from Twitter. I had few conversations with you before. The topics seem very interesting and helps one identify with their issues. Thank you for that. Can you make a video on how to deal with Lonliness, although it might seem a vague topic. A lot of people confuse being depressed with being upset. Please casually sai I am depressed without realising what depression actually is. If you can make a video on how to combat loneliness in these time that would be great. Thank you😊
Hi Omar! Here from Twitter :) Love this video. It helped me revaluate whether I should switch my therapist or not. Some super useful tips here. Looking forward to seeing some more amazing work from you :) <3
If you believe there could be signs, you could get an assessment with a psychologist. Many times, we may identify with certain traits without having the disorder.
@@psycdelivered8899 thank you for responding! My dad was a narcissist and all my life I tried to avoid being one..however when I am in a stable relationship I exhibit these traits
Much love to you❤️. It is a different realizationt that how v stay in different corners of the world yet feel so connected and related in terms of mental health. How grave is the issue and how little v talk about it. Wish u loads of success. Thanku for all your endeavours in this journey of mental health. You have touched many lives and will touch more in future. It's just a beginning..
Thank you so much. This is so relatable.. I was facing this and really worried about it. Great to understand why exactly I was facing memory issues and that I can actually do something about it. 🙏
Can underlying cause of memory loss like depression and bipolar disorder be treated permanently by medical treatment and therapy. Or one has to life with this whole life specially in case of bipolar disorder.
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I presume that in that huge library it would be difficult or even impossible to find a book that has never been visited; is there a way to retrieve such forgotten memories?
It depends! Sometimes, a smell, taste, song, etc...can trigger those buried memories again but for some memories it may be very hard to retrieve them, especially those that happened a while ago 😊
thank you so much for talking about this Omar. As someone suffering with derealisation this was very important information. can you please talk more about dp/dr here or even on a twitter thread?
Thanks a lot Omar for this enlightening video. In my ignorance I thought that memory loss due to mental health issues is permanent. What a relief to know it isn't and that there are exercises to combat this. Thank you, thank you once again😊
Very beautifully explained. I get used to questioned by my friends, how could I forget such memorable events that we had had a couple of years back. I usually get surprised how people remember even the details, meanwhile thinking how I couldn't even remember of any such event that had occured in the past. Totally relatable and thumbs up for the video. Keep doing it and kindly spread much more awareness. Love❤️
