Its pretty spectacular software. I haven’t heard another software package come close to what it does. It is worth noting too that even as good as it will sound on the demo version, the pro version has a more advanced stem separation again. Well worth it in my opinion.

I’m also getting a Live II it’s good to see it in action…. can you use it to clean noise out of samples, you know the drill, where you feed it an example of the noise you want cleaned and it does FFT magic
Hello, out of the box I doubt that. But there are some plugins that you can use to trace certain frequency and boost/cut them. You can pick up our courses on Udemy using the link in description to help with that.
i have the xyz effect selected on the program but when i go into xyz mode and hit the red record button at the top it wont remember my automation ? my xyz filters?? im losing my mind here bro ...

Sadly no ability to use arpegio variations like you can on a Korg keyboard with KAOS. I thnk this would really make the XYFX complete. That said I will be returning my MPC Live II to Amazon simply because it's overhyped, gimmiky crap

what's that little magnifying glass with the 16 pads icon for on the automation edit page in the grid view for? It seems to zoom into random spots but I trying to figure out how its really supposed to be used.
Just got the flex player and it’s made me fall back in love with MPC again. I also recommend ring the bell. It was all on sale so I grabbed both. The ramp up and ramp down gave me chemical brothers feels. I also got my first elektron digitakt Ii. I’ve just done some recordings and digitakt has so much better sound quality? However I’m thinking of sampling my MPC into the digitakt. That said the MPC latest additions are amazing and I’m used to the workflow. I also like the synth engines of MPC and o hope my quest for MPC and elektron creates a great partnership. Thanks for vid man.
True that. I buy fucking everything lol. But most of the shit is just sitting around catching dust, only thing I really use anymore is FL, MPCX, Live 2. Other than that all the damn plugins I bought are just taking up space. Same thing with my X-Touch, I seldomly use it anymore. GAS is real, save your money and focus on the sound rather than the gear. Thanks for making this video man!

I'm still using my OG Live that I got when it was released. I thought about getting a Live 2 but it doesn't offer anything over the OG live for me except speakers. I have a portable speaker I can plug my OG Live into if I needed. So for me it's the OG live for portability and my OG X in the studio.
