There are so many things about the will of God, The things we don't understand because they seem so hard. We try to find the way that seems to be just right, But the way we choose only leads us further from the light. But if we can learn to accept the things we cannot change, And never question God for we'll never know His way. Blessings for the testimony today: Bought a car in the last year or so that turned out to be a lemon. The dealer just kept blowing me off everytime I went back saying it was something different when it was the same alert on the dashboard that kept coming on. Today the devil TRIED IT Y’all. I’m on assignment to cook for my entire church for the urshers’ anniversary tomorrow, on my way to a doctors appt then the grocery store when of course the same light came on and said car was overheating. This is thousands of $ later and I pull over to the highway shoulder. I immediately see what the dealer missed. But then God saw fit to allow a man who also was having car trouble pull over two car lengths from me. I just looked at him while billowing smoke from the hood and make light conversation a out cars. Turns out he is a mechanic himself. He walks over, goes back, grabs a flathead and starts going to work on MY car. Not his own--he isn’t even Christian y’all. In ten minutes he explains--that God must be real and He must love me because i should’ve been dead. He said the car should’ve already caught fire, and w/o a doubt I would’ve NOT survived because it would’ve been so fast moving that there would’ve been no way for me to get out in time. He said I would’ve passed out in a minute and burned up by the time the fire dept arrived. When he looked at me his face was dead serious and said, “you really don’t get it, this would’ve been un-surviveable if you drove less than 1 more mile.” Before he stopped I was angry and not sounding like saint-but when I thought of the GOODNESS of JESUS--I lost my mind. Next thing I know the tears and running and all I could do was cry out “THANK YOU LORD THANK YOU LORD.” At that moment I remembered this song with one part: “🎵🎶 His will is Gooood, it is acceptable, and is perfect….yeah-eee-yeah -ee-yeah, yeah-eee-yeah -ee-yea.”
here’s the next part of the blessing: he gives me a number to HIS mechanic that he uses and is trustworthy w/o trying to cheat me out of $. AND-I’m now able to recuperate 3-4 times the amount of my loan in the lawsuit against the dealer so I can get an actual NEW CAR to get me back & forth to church so I can serve God & His people. If it had happened earlier on The amount would have been lower. So why am I testifying?: Because somebody needs to hear that God is permissive and one ought not question God with a “why” but have faith strong enough to know that even though God may not immediately pull you out of that bad situation-its because God will step in the middle of your situation and walk through it with you. Carry you through if need be. Now if there was ever a time to look at your neighbor and say “ Won’t He do it?!”-now is that time. Open your mouth and let the praises be heard unto Him who is able to keep you--I’ll stop there b/c I need to do the same -HALLELUJAH JESUS!
