What a terrible interview. They were way too polite. So glad they walked. Funny close on 30 years later no one remembers that old git while they are music royalty.
Body language of Barry rocking his foot a lot before he left should tell you he has getting impatient and rightly annoyed by stupid disrespectful comments….fancy sitting them so close together and Clive behind a big desk on his own…like the head teacher talking to naughty boys‼️‼️‼️all wrong…
These gentlemen (Clive not included) had more class in their pinky fingers than Clive Anderson had in his whole body! I think he was just trying to rile them up! Good thing they were too smart to fall for it! H
Clive is the biggest Tosser going! He was on Alan Titchmarsh this morning and they showed this clip and Clive was playing butter wouldnt melt like he had no idea why they left. Imbicile!
The way Maurice had so much patience and he actually stayed a little while longer and remained so respectful after everything that was said. He had a heart of gold that man.
What a disaster. This was a complete clash of personalities; the Bee Gees come across as genuine, honest and sincere, which doesn’t mix well with Clive’s facetious, sarcastic brand of humour. Clive doesn’t really know any other approach, he is constantly looking for a cheap laugh from the audience at his guests’ expense, so he just kept going, with the inevitable result.
This asshat had the nerve to insult the Gibb brothers they were gracious about it and this tv host if he is a tv host anymore made himself look like an ass bet hes a bitter old man now the host himself he is a right tosser!!
Of course the Bee Gees always exemplifying class!! Obviously Cleve is a man with many issues,I would expect one being jealousy. Good going guys love you all!!❤😂
Yes. Clive Anderson is a colossal knob and he was rude and disrespectful. However... If you call yourself "Le Tossers", and bring out songs called Fanny, and albums called "Size Isn't Everything", then frankly you're asking for trouble.
When Maurice said; "I`d love to but I don`t do impersonations", he demonstrated he had more class in his little finger than Clive could hope to have in his whole body.
anderson was always suspect for me, going after cheap laughs & showing no empathy with his guests. I think they took as much as anyone would've done without decking the twat.
What the hell is Clive’s problem?! He knows sod all about music or the culture around music he’s like that kid at school who thinks he knows the lot! Insulting their music and with no remorse whatsoever no humour in his attempt to be funny! The real life Alan Partridge he is Clive Anderson 😂. Well done Bee Gees for not taking it any longer and holding back from whacking that prat
@2:46 Barry looks at Robyn then a few seconds later he looks at Maurice like.. “Is this dude seriously trying to diss us?” After that it started to go south.. When Barry stood up, Robyn was like “Exactly” Then Mo very graciously ended it all… What A Dip $hit interviewer.. Total Butt Wipe!!
The reason Clive kept roasting them was because he kept getting laughs from the crowd after each roast. It's like giving a dog a treat to repeat his actions.
Drama Queens. 😂 they ought to be able to take the rough with the smooth. Bigger men would stand their ground...the way 1 walks off and the rest follow like ducklings..😂😂
In the intricate tapestry of showbiz, the Bee Gees' harmonies, unique and popular, shine through adversity, turning trials into timeless melodies. On the other hand, Clive misplaced jest, masquerading as humour, failed to resonate, onward overshadowing the opportunity for a more respectful and insightful exchange if I was a boss his fired
Glad he got up and walked out. The only mistake he made was to not do it sooner. I suppose he was just trying to be polite though, unlike that awful host. What a horrible man.
I think Robin was getting just as pissed. He’s the first one who got extra quiet and put his head down. Barry went on for a little while longer, gamely.
I didn't quite understand everything they said because of the accent i'm not used to and the host talking over everyone. I noticed the host was making somewhat fun of them but I missed why they got upset, and I missed the reason why Barry decided to leave.
Exactly what happened in the moment Barry decided to initiate the walk-out? The Clive Anderson joke "I forgot that one" was actually really witty? The walk-out is justified but, the timing seemed unexpected
@@mikeh2006And then he just kept piling on with insult after insult until Barry just couldn’t take it anymore. It was the criminals insults that made him finally go quiet and look unhappy.
Yeah, I remember this. Anderson was being a smarmy, smug media creep trying to cover his jibes and digs with fake showbiz 'charm'. It smacked of trying to make cheap headlines in the papers. Never really understood why he was antagonizing them needlessly when they were invited guests on his tv show.
I agree with Clive. That Barry is up his own xxxx This maybe the first showing of WOKE Clive was only having a joke with them. There was only one tosser there.
