Dear GIANT I am reaching out to you as a last resort because I have been unable to repair my e-bike for two years. The main issue is that I purchased the bike in Mexico and now reside in the United States. I am not requesting a warranty or any similar benefit, I just need a store where they can diagnose and repair my bike. I have taken it to several local stores such as Dany Cycles and Bax Bikes (the latter recommended by you), but none have been able to diagnose the problem, nor do they wish to or can attend to me because the bike is not in their system as it is of Mexican origin. I have been in communication with GIANT Mexico personnel -Humberto Ledesma- without satisfactory results. I truly do not know what else to do; I am willing to pay whatever is necessary to have it repaired, but so far no one has been willing or able to assist me. I believe this is not the correct way to treat a customer of an international company. I appreciate your attention in advance and look forward to a prompt resolution to this issue. DoesGiant give ya a paycheck for a creative video? Notice that you reviewers, always show-off loaner bikes(as if it's yours), and never list-off the real negatives. First one would be over $5 grand for a bicycle. Guess most RU-vid bike reviews are only for the stenchy wealthy.

I became hate my Revolt 1 because of giant's "amazing d-fuse" technology, it creaks and crunches, and you can't fix it, because for this you need a very expensive torque wrench. I definitely have no desire to ride my bicycle now, great job, Giant!

Couple of questions - What travel fork do you have on there. There seem to be mixed messages about whether Giant are OK with a 160mm fork. Also - the coil shock, is the bike approved for coil use? Have the same model as you, stock at the moment, but planning a few upgrades
Still can't believe the Giant shop in Clarksville by me closed 2 years ago and never reopened , I had a Stance and wanted a new ebike but ended up with a Specialized Turbo SL instead 😊
