Hi, I'm Steph. I enjoy everything about the outdoors - walking, hiking, camping, mountains, occasional running and pushing myself to see what I am capable of. I love to encourage others to do get out there and have their own awesome adventures.
I am setting myself a challenge of making films of my adventures to hopefully inspire you to get out into the outdoors and to show that it's never too late to put more adventure into your life!
Ey up me duck. What a difference it makes walking in lovely sunny weather even if it is a bit hot, lol. I've missed the sun this year, really hope we get a better, sunnier summer next year. Cheers🙂👍
As lover of history definitely a place worth visiting, thanks for such an informative video and done with respect to those who passed from what must of been an awful illness
Nice video of day 3. You're right about your body taking a day or two to adapt, I often find days 3 & 4 to be quite tough. Road walking also can be very hard on the feet and i tend to avoid it as much as i can. Looked like some lovely countryside and villages along the way, not to mention the odd pub. 😊 Enjoying your video diary of your trek. 👍👍
@@endurance-adventures Yea i understand. Have you tried those 1000 mile socks you can buy? Guaranteed to prevent blisters. I bought a few pairs about 5 years ago and found them very good. I got them from ebay if i remember correctly. Just a thought, might help. 👍
Thanks Rachel - the South West Coast Path is stunning around Land’s End! I ended up doing a lot of road walking which saved time and mileage but probably pounded my feet more than footpaths 😄
