I’ve replaced my bushing for my shift rod 3 times in the past 3 months because it keeps breaking. Either the parts are too cheap or I’m installing it wrong
@@jts_motorsports not the old bushing I mean the actual linkage with the “O” on the end the bushing fits into …it seems like it has to be screwed off of the threaded end of the shifter cable…I wasn’t able to hold the cable and turn the linkage piece at the same time to remove it, tried for an hour…all the videos show this piece already removed to replace the bushing…any help is appreciated, thanks
It was a custom made line, I bought the kit from Amazon using a universal kit. It was then welded to the the factory line. This helped keep the connection from the oil housing / coolant housing.
@@jts_motorsports awesome thanks for relying im putting a 2871 on my car and its essentially the same setup. what manifold adapter did you use if you dont mind me asking:) cheers
@@jts_motorsports just so it’s clear I don’t want to give you miss information you can only fill slide every three steps if your gun is put away if your gun is out you can slide every 5 steps I believe I’m not 100% on the slide with gun cuz honestly my gun is never in my hand and another useful tactic is to pull ur gun out before u slide so by the time your done sliding your gun is out and ready to fire
@@anthonylopez15 interesting, I put the gun away most of the time when trying to run. I suppose it’s circumstantial. I didn’t know about the slide I thought it was similar! Appreciate the tip! 🤙😎
Are you saved? We all have sinned (Romans 3:23 KJV). All unsaved sinners will end up in the eternal lake of fire (Revelation 21:8 KJV). The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV). Getting water baptized DOESN'T save us (1 Corinthians 1:17 KJV). We are saved by grace through faith, not works (Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV). Once we are saved, we CAN'T lose our salvation (Ephesians 1:13-14 KJV).
@@robby30rock81 i don't see him doing the same shit every video also i know you suck if You camp in snd but what is better, get to the objective quickly or kill everyone (or get to the objective) slow and steady
This could be a factor. The other thing is the brackets that these go on (shifter assembly on the trans) could need to be lubricated. If you’re having issues with shifting you may want to look into deeper service on the trans. Sounds like it could be a synchro issue which these trans are known for.
I have the HKS fitted into my 2013 abarth, running Eurocompulsion Phase 0 and Phase 1 map, bought a extra OEM diverter valve and connect the wiring to it instead of the one on the turbo, so that can make the HKS bov to working 100%, but once a while I will get a Boost control Check Engine light on, as long as cruising around, or partly throttle right after heavy acceleration, it pop the engine light and went into limp mode, until restart the engine, after putting the original wire back on the diverter valve, problem is solved, i dont know if that is just my car, if one else running into that, please let me know. thanks.
Hi great mod. Apart from the front mounted intercooler and turbo upgrade... Did you have to do anything to the engine internals? . Can you list/advise what mods are required over and above the Turbo and intercooler? Thx
Mtd camshaft, pistons and rods can be done. However methanol helps a ton when it comes to keeping everything internally cool. It was boosting at 24psi with zero issues.
I just took the entire front end off my car to figure out why it has been mysteriously going into limp mode. The line running to the boost pressure control system was cut. Im guessing when I took it in to get my oil changed. Now I hope I can remember how to put it back together.
Did you drill a hole in the check valve on the PCV, the put a check valve after the catch can? I’ve seen some people do that, and I feel like that isn’t a good thing to do
@@jts_motorsports 1: why drill the hole through the check valve on the pcv? Wouldn’t that allow all the muck the catch can collects to potentially go back into the the engine? 2: a decanter delete is the same as a pcv delete right? What are the benefits of replacing the pcv entirely a catch can? And do you know if the T-jet pcv delete kit would work on the US multiair engine? Thanks.
@@thecalamariman7805 So drilling the hole, would allow the oil to go directly to the catch can w/o restriction. So I have the multi air decanter. The kit has to have one for both valve cover ports. I ran this kit because it worked better as far as preventing blow by. But if you do run that type of set up you need to have it vent to atmosphere if it doesn’t it will cause too much pressure. Really the benefits are just preventing blow by etc. you won’t see any added hp or tq. It also worked well for me because of the turbo I am running.
