Maybe you should look for another “draw power “ card. Sunny is not that valuable when you only have Sanji 😅 But great video and good games. Thx for sharing
One thing Sanji players keep getting wrong is that they think that just because you can rush with any card, that you should, and so they keep landing 5k creatures that will pounce and very likelly be blocked to then be killed right after. Sanji players need to learn that sometimes it's best to set up a field and go wide rather than rushing with everything, or rush with creatures that have enough power to discourage the opponent from going against them (or that aren't as expensive to defend).
@@renhaven thank you! that makes a lot of sense. And will definitely matter on how the deck gets piloted. Will have that in mind as I continue to test this deck.
@@jerrygardner320 Usually I drop the buggy or perona to setup leader effect on the 3 don turn. but in the first game I think I only had one 2k counter (buggy) and hoped to draw another counter to try counter the potential 8K attack next turn. (but we didnt draw and still eventually took 2 damage - so it could have made more sense to drop the buggy turn 1 after revisiting the game)
Seems like a mid/late game deck with very little early game support…I’ll assume you’ll be passive until turn 3, when you shine…you’ll be including Shirahoshi…for a Heracles play combo…then Moria etc for ramp.
Hi @Kennron Yes it was! I was pleasantly surprised with how good the pulls were compared to the normal box. though I also know we just got extremely lucky this time :)
Hi @GabeFenesse, thank you very much for watching! Issho was very good in the OP07 format. However, I think he is too slow for the OP08 format where RP law is basically almost half of the playing field (with Lucci and Enel next). Although I think you can add him if you are expecting a lot of midrange like Perona/BY Luffy/Katakuri in your local meta. Currently I only run 1 Stussy , and running three 8 cost Sabo to catchup to RP law - which is really good right now with the addition of Black Maria and Pudding from OP08.
