Excellent podcast with real truth. While I agree that in most cases if you could choose between a spouse from a divorced home or not, you should choose the latter. You should, however, spend more time getting to know the person you are going to marry. There are plenty of couples that are only together for the kids and have their own dysfunction.
I know that I must be on the right track because it's everything I've already known however Rabbi you left out one thing,1 no premarital sex for either a man or a woman
This would ruin the message because 99% of listeners will blank out if you mention this. It is just too far from modern Reality. However to date (=sex) for less than a year instead of 4÷ years might be something that listeners might be able to accept.
Rabbi you are Awesome...thank you for sharing your thoughts..Iam an Avid listener of your podcast/RU-vid channel. Once again Pila Miya...which is Thank you in my Native language (Lakota)❤
1. Why is America treating Israel differently? What does America want to see happen? What is the goal? First, let America see that divine and glorious conquest once obtained on Calvary. Let the Gospel loud resound from pole to pole. Where are the reapers that garner in the sheaves of the good from the fields of sin? Will you go forth determined to find the "the least of these?" From the steppes of Russia dreary, from Slavonia's scattered lands, they are yielding soul and spirit into Jesus' loving hands. 2. Why after WW2, why did America move into a no win mode? Why did America move into a mode that said we never want to apply crushing force and defeat our enemies? Bid her arise and go. Wake that sleeping Church to know her hour of privilege and power. Once o'er this bright and favour'd land... Brave ones arose and came to us... May the morning chase the night and redemption freely purchased, win the day.
Thank you for another enlightening podcast. My deepest 💔 sympathy, dear rabbi and Susan Lapin, for the passing of a beloved daughter. Her passing has inspired me to become a happy warrior. My condolences to the widower and the children. May Hashem bless you and keep you 🙏 Baruch Hashem! Am Israel chai ❤ Jack UK 🇬🇧
Good and blessed day. First, I'm sorry for your loss. May Hashem bring you confort, strenght, resignation and hope. What is love? For me, it's when other person's happiness makes you happy. Need to remark that in Spanish, my mother language, we have a word to express love for a person, and another to mean we love something (i.e. to eat turkey). Thanks for sharing God's Wisdom. Blessings.
Another great educational lesson...much needed and appreciated from the UK🇬🇧. It was not too long and I have to give it a second listen because it was so enjoyable - as with so many of your superb teachings on how life really works for the best. God bless
"Trying to Probe..." sounds like trying to learn. Interesting, because a Rabbi is a Master, Teacher. I guess in order to master or teach, we must first learn. Thank you and God Bless You, Rabbi Lapin!
Love is equal to ourselves. This includes God, His son, and each of us who are in unity with the Father, the son, and the body of Christ which is the Church. Condolences to your lovely family
My condolences to you, Rabbi Lapin. It's been that kind of a year. I dealt with the loss of a loved one also a couple of weeks ago. I think it's even harder now dealing with grief with how mad the whole world has gone since the pLandemic. It used to be when a loved one passed away I would feel some grief, and eventually move on after celebrating the person's life. Now, I only feel resentment.
Your grandson is a credit to you and your family. It was so interesting to hear him speak, to hear of his progress and of the topics that on his mind to speak with you about as he comes into his 20s. Thank you both for sharing this treasure of an interview with us, especially at this time of great sorrow and loss for your family. Please accept my condolences for your loss and my gratitude for showing us all, by continuing to do this podcast, how we still must remain warriors and keep up the good fight even when tragedy strikes. My prayers go out to you and Susan at this time and to all your family.
My deepest condolences on the heartbreaking loss of your beloved daughter, Rena. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family during the incredibly difficult time.
Heartfelt condolences Rabbi Daniel Lapin, from my family to yours ❤❤❤ I am a South African male from the northern previous of Limpopo where my Indigenous people of Bapedi call home. I’ve been a keen follower of yours for a while now because although on the suffice numorous differences may suffice. It is the lessons that you share with us that I realise ‘Beyond the Skin’ there is a lot we have in common with the only difference being that these lessons and way of life are past between generation through song, poetry and storytelling. But the practise of doing things like (moaning) is the same with slight difference in timeline; e.g the initial 7 day of moaning we have initial 10 days and practice is as you've mentioned. I hope your message reaches many more Rabbi so they can better their lives. This is my saying THANK YOU 👊🏿
