I've noticed how patterns in financial markets tend to repeat themselves over time. Artur Grandi's book offers valuable insights into keeping investments steady and explores potential investment opportunities, including the crypto market.

I agree completely with you about cultural factors determining economic success. My hope is that the residents of Gaza change their cultural values and start experiencing economic prosperity.

Dear Rabbi Lapin - I agree with you that the problem in Gaza are the values being held by the residents. There are two groups in Israel that can evangelize the Gaza residents. The first group are the Kabbalists. The Kabala Centre in Southern CA has almost created a separate religion based on the Zohar. The second group are the Messianic Jews which have been recognized by Israel supreme court as being an authentic branch of Judaism. Issac when confronted about the stolen father blessing to Jacob told his oldest brother that the children of Jacob will be overthrown when they get up and fight. Evangelize or Issac warning may come true if the state of Israel becomes over extended. Hashem favor may move elsewhere with disastrous and heart-rending consequences for the children of Jacob.

Dear Rabbi Lapin - Your podcast encouraged me to research why Israel left Gaza. I believe that the political decision at that time were well grounded. We fast forward to today where Israel is again forced to spend resources to quell problems in Gaza. Messianic Judaism may provide a solution. Traditional Judaism based on the Torah - there should be no physical intermingling between Jew and nonethnic Jews. Evangelizing the residents of Gaza and incorporating them into the body of the children of Jacob is not possible under traditional Judaism. Messianic Judaism does not share that problem.

You know one thing is for sure, with the amount of people who are CRYING AND COMPLAINING that they are slowly losing their middle class status, you explained it perfectly: We live in a world of constant entropy, including financially. People are acting as if "I made it to the middle class, I should be here forever." NO! WRONG! You have to fight just to MAINTAIN middle class, nevermind ascend! And people are acting outraged that the reality of the situation is just a little more obvious in the US than it has been in the recent past. I'm sick of the complaining! Get to work, be grateful, and SHUT UP! 🤣

Dear Rabbi Daniel Lapin, coming to your point about protestants at 35:00, I politely have to disagree when you criticize Catholic countries (and I am a Protestant!). First of all, just because you have somewhere a majority of a population Catholic, it does not mean, that the politicians are also Catholics representing Catholic faith. You have woke socialist, neomarxist secularists everywhere nowadays, who might be on paper baptized Christians, but in reality are not doing much about their faith, let alone abiding by moral its principles when governing a country (small regulation, taxation etc.). Moreover, for any Catholic, an "ideal" form of government would be with a King (anointed by Pope) that is first and foremost representing and protecting the faith (something you had in Austrian-Hungarian Empire for 1000 years - it was mostly the faith that destroyed Islamists at the battle of Vienna in 1683 - on top of that, the Empire also had to fight an inside enemy - Reformists who were COLLABORATING with Islamists!). That is why Christians pray "Thy Kingdom come" not "Thy democracy come". You do not have a proper Christian country anymore; you have predominantly secular countries that are constantly trying to do their best to diminish the role of Christianity. I recall you onced said in one of your podcasts (Get thin by eating less and wanting less - here is the timestamp ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IEEkg47R3J0.html), that shortly before WWII, for many the reformed Judaism was the last station on the train out of Judaism, while for others it was the first station on the train to the Judaism; that you saw with your own eyes Jewish praybooks from the early 20th century, where the word "Jerusalem" was replaced with the word "Berlin". What is my point? My point is that once the people start to leave TRADITION (e.g., Orthodox Judaism) and replace it with modernity (Reformed Judaism) you are on a slow, but sure road to eventually leaving the fundamental principles of that respective faith. I assume Orthodox Jewish authorities in Austria-Hungary were already aware of this in 19th Century, that is why the orthodox rabbinic authorities even organized a convention in 1865 in a townlet of Michalovce, where they decided they would refuse the reformed movement and stay with the orthodox one (www.encyclopedia.com/religion/encyclopedias-almanacs-transcripts-and-maps/michalovce). In this townlet, there was in 19th/20th century an orthodox rabbi named Simon Ehrenfeld, grandson of the famous, well-known rabbi Chatam Sofer - an orthodox rabbi who would definitely oppose the reformed movement. I am sure you know much more about him and his work and me (seeing that I unfortunately do not understand Hebrew). Close to that townlet of Michalovce is a village called Zemplinská Široká (Rebrín) where Joseph Hertz was born, who would later become a chief rabbi of Great Britain. Similarly, I dare to say this could be said about Christian faith, you had “Orthodox” Faith, which in my eyes Catholicism is (in comparison to Protestants). This means that Protestants are more likely to eventually abandon more and more of their “tradition” in order to replace it with modernity. It was protestant regions in pre-WWII Germany, where majority voted for Nazi party, not catholic regions. It was Jews and Catholics who were the target of Nazis, because in order to destroy Faith, the nazis had to destroy the members of the strongest Judeo-Christian faith. Reformation (which dealt blow to Catholicism), French Revolution (which was mostly destroying Christians and their biggest group - catholics), bolshevik revolution (did not like Christianity much either), 2nd Vatican council in the 1960s - all of these brough about many changes that damaged Christianity.

Yes, your point is valid though I was speaking not about the official religion as it may or not be, but about the culture that has been absorbed by centuries of either Protestant or Catholic faith. The forces that set to destroy Christianity, the Nazis, the French Revolution and the Bolshies, as you say, secularism as a religion. Thanks so much for your interesting letter. Cordially ~ RDL

38:00 Protestants have better statistics. Albania, Moldova, and Ukraine are considered dirt poor by international standards yet the average standard of life is higher than for the average German. Just because the government is theocratic or corrupt doesn't make a country richer. I laugh at another video, where in the USA $250,000 is considered barely getting by... In Poland, the average rent in a city/mortgage costs $1000 per month and salaries are about $3000 netto per family per month, yet I don't consider myself poor. I read a German article from Switzerland, where a pair from Zuerich said they earn 160,000 CHF or about $180,000 USD a year said they don't have money to eat meat. The women said she hasn't eaten meat in 2 years!! Or my friend told me that his nephew and his wife in the UK earn 250,000 GBP per year, yet they can't afford life in the London!!! Is life better to be starving in the UK with $330,000 per year or live in Poland and have an income of $20000 per year and eat meat daily, even against religious perscriptions of the Catholic religion - the Friday fast??? I can't believe this. Are the income statistics I know about true? Or I am insane hearing that $100000 is poverty???? WHAT? HOW? HOW? Protestants are rich? One year of work in London and I can have my entire income in Poland limited to interest from government bonds and never have to work ever again! But I'm a poor stupid Slav, which is a failed state... Statistics...

By the way, it was protestants regions in Germany, that voted for Nazi party before World War II. The catholic regions DID NOT vote for Nazis.
