As far as im concerned,the real economist knows everything They can explain and elaborate hard or conflict issues..why? Since the beginning he knows how to choose or prioritize difficult subject snd how to entertain people no matter they ate rich or poor..Congratulation Prof Piketty...❤
This was an excellent discussion, and both interviewers & interviewee did a great job. Pity that crypto always gets the most attention, as it would have been interesting to hear Mike's views on other asset classes and/or specific trends in electronification.
I believe that documentaries should be made on what NATO and UN does and what military leaders do…. And the people can decide if they want to join the forces as a civilian or with the forces
The issue isn't so much immigration, but demography. If you have chronically low birth rates and mass immigration at the same time it stops being immigration and it becomes replacement. That's the issue. If Europe still had healthy birth rates the immigration we've seen would be less of a concern. It wouldn't be the existential threat that it is today.

Most people are amazing. I’ve lived in 13 countries and travelled in more than 70. People are decent. The more we travel and meet other humans the more we see how friendly we are to one another.
Migration is not a human right and we don't want them. That should be end of the conversation. What the politicians want is irrelevant as they exist to represent the voters. It also doesn't matter what situation people wanting to migrate are in. They are responsible for their own countries. We do not want the type of fair weather person who would flee a problem they created to come and leech off the system created here over generations.
