SD is a higher resolution engrave! I know for my Glowforge Pro, there's an HD option that's higher than the SD. I went with Draft Graphic for this project because I was using cork. I would opt for SD if I was engraving wood!
Thank you!!!! I’ve been using my Cricut Maker for three years and kept changing out my scoring wheel with my blade. I’ve got the stylus. I’ve had it from the beginning. I only used it to reinforce a line that didn’t make enough of a line. Knew that it could fit on the machine, but could never get it to work. I would always get a morning message that would pop up to insert scoring wheel. This is a huge game-changer.
Wow, I just watched the video of a possible merger or takeover of this machine by Cricut and I have to ask, why haven't I heard about this machine before? I'm just starting out with Cricut and I have the Maker 3, which is supposed to do a lot of amazing stuff, but this machine looks really cool, so I'm going to investigate further.
Well, this version the Spark and Aura, is not as powerful or fast as the higher end brand. I purchased the Basic Glowforge from the kickstarter kit. It was intimidating (noisy) and I thank God for the Spark and the Aura (but it’s really loud). However, the problems with both Circuit and Glowforge is still disappointing.
Oh no!! 😭 Did you proceed to open it? I know others have told me to contact Glowforge and it’s on my to-do list, but I didn’t find anything wrong with the machine so far.

👏👏👏👏👏👏Well done! I am very new to all of this. I see that the website says the Glowforge app supports JPEG, PNG, PDF. So I could upload a JPEG? Or do I have to have a vector based design? I don't have Illustrator. I use Procreate and save my images as JPEG or PDF usually. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
