If it is a trans gun eoat then you need to establish a known good amount of welds it can produce vs nugget diameter and follow it down to spec. Then you need to insert an electrode dresser with the correct cutter for your cap style in the cell and have your tips dressed 15% before the known end of life. If it’s a hard automation then you can use a hand held tip dresser.
Sr I have a problem m5 or m6 nuts are little bit difference its cause on my welding part problem that part only weld with m5 part but operator mistake m6 but was weld on that part plz help me
