Hey sweetheart 🤍 Just wanted to express my gratitude for your work. I practice pilates for almost 2 years. I tried many youtube classes, but yours are on another level … my first practice with you was one of your quick fullbody classes, so i thought that it’s gonna be easy. But wheeew, in the end of a class i just laid down for like 10 minutes. Just wow. I like how your classes are quite simple but effective, and I really like your instructions. Your voice is sooo calming, it really helps to relax & concentrate. And your support throughout the whole class 🥹 I can’t practice with any of other pilates instructors anymore, i think i found my perfect one! It would be amazing if you could make a longer version of this wrist friendly with resistance bands workout! I have wrist issues and hypermobility issues, so having resistance bands and no weight bearing on my wrists is genuinely the perfect workout!

Girl!!! I was a pilates enthusiast before my car accident and have not been able to do it since, I have come across other videos that say neck friendly but this is the only one I find that goes along with what I need and at my level. Thank you🥹🥹🫶🏽
