But when you fill it to it’s proper pressure then add weight, it’s gonna blow out because you didn’t vulcanize the rubber and you did it from the outside like wtf
Lemme know what roads you drive on, because I don’t wanna be anywhere near you if you think that’s a safe repair, and it makes me question what else you think may be a good idea.
I can see this being done as an emergency repair on a trail to get back to the site or an emergency repair to get back home but not going very fast just a limp it back home but definitely not a permanent repair
hey guys send me a kit and i'll try it on a ditch witch trencher tire i am working on, i got videos on my channel about it and i'll review the product and film it. if it works as good as you claim then lets see it. get ahold of me, i'm serious.
Oh it works. Seen tires with 10+ year old liquorice sticks sticking out of the sidewall. 3-5 in each of the ripps in the sidewall. Still held air. Had cracks in the sticks used for plugging.... Tires were basically pure crack and dry rot. But still held air🤣🤣
WHOA. MAYBE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. ITS FOR OFF-ROADING AND SAYS DONT TAKE IT ON THE HIGHWAY.Jesus. You are the reason humanity is going down a damn drain.
Other than an emergency fix. In what scenario is patching a tire on the outside better than patching the tire from the inside? I'd imagine that somewhere in that "2,000 miles on it" you would have had time to fix it properly. I ask because it's the opposite what I've been doing for years and this could be an opportunity to learn something new.
While on the trail are you going to de bead your tire. Take it off the wheel. And then patch it. Or are you gonna slap a patch on the outside and take 5 minutes then get home and fix. Use your brain for once.
Thanks for asking. These patches are designed to repair the exterior of any off road tire so that there’s no need to take the tire off the vehicle. While you can also use our patches on the inside of the tire (with lots of sanding) you don’t need to!
Yah nah, you dont just glue rubber together and have it last, especially on a sidewall. I especially wouldn't run a 60 year old tire. You can get new ones at Comer Tire, but they are over $600. Each.
Totally TOTALLY different tire at the end with the bandaid patch. Nice new spare at end compared to that crappy chevy rim and wheel you shot at. Maybe hire new editors
It might. I mean, I'm often driving our tractor and lawnmower 70+ mph up and down our pastures, and the patch has worked perfectly. It even holds when my husband hits the good big bumps by the ponds and goes flying.
