I just bought one and several parts are missing. I'm guessing the Amazon driver forgot a 2nd box or something. Missing bolts, pads and base plate to stand on. Frustrated.
Hi there! Considering purchasing this for my home gym. Only hesitancy is having to disassemble/move it eventually. How difficult would you say the disassembly process would be to move it? My doorway in the basement is about 42 inches and the width for the machine says 44 inches, so could I just remove those two bottom base parts that make it so wide? Thank you!
Do leverage squats actually build muscle? I only ask because I’m a little bit inexperienced with leverage machines any information would be greatly appreciated.
Just assembled one and love it. Although put handles on backwards. I really like the feel using it for shouder pressing. Excellent!! And calves are really engaged. The actual hack squat is really nice as well. The lever stop needs a better design. Although washers probably will fix it. As i read in your comments. Heavy construction and stable. Good value. Im curious how many other exercises i can use this for. Thanks for your review
Don’t get me wrong Dk is a terrifying human to have chasing you down he would kick your ass every which way to Sunday, but Larry Allen would kill and eat you in less than 10 seconds 😂
How do you like the leverage squat machine, thinking about getting it but not sure since the foot plate is small and not sure how well it works for glute activation.
@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 are you getting a good enough workout from it? I’m mainly wanting to use it as a supplement for squats, mainly for building glutes and hamstrings
I’d take a hack squat over a leverage squat as the hack keeps your hips in place. The lever squat allows your hips to move around and not feel as locked in. Thanks for watching!
DK got track speed, I knew he was walking down Buddha. But as a kid watching what Larry Allen did.....that was "freak of nature" speed for a guy 6'3 325 lbs. The best walk down in history IMHO
Man, I recorded it and somehow was deleted and purged from my phone. I will say the instructions are really clear and user friendly. First time I did it and was a success. Thanks for watching!!
Hello. Great review. I assembled mine and the only issue I have is with the catch lever (stop). I noticed in one of your replies you said you put some washers in between the spring and the lever. Can you tell me how many washers it took for you to resolve the tension issue and keep the lever from dropping and hitting the frame on the way down? TIA!
I just put four in there and it seemed like it was just enough. Honestly, I just didn’t wanna mess with it after that and it wasn’t that big of a deal for mine. Thanks for watching!
A small earth magnet fixes the catch release. It sticks to the shoulder frame and you just flip it back down when your done with your set. No need for extra washers.
