Wow that actually was a great video really enjoyed watching it better than the hyped up commercialized videos LOL I'm trying to debate on which unit I want to buy I have a question would you be able to do a flat bench press with it or maybe incline your bench a little bit and do a chest fly your chest press??

I’m just looked up this tower and it’s about the most affordable tower I found for a home gym I considering buying this model from Titan. I bought a pull up form Titan I mounted in my garage

Not really. You lose tension at the top. I do plan to buy a second tower and be able to do flys and various presses. Thanks for watching!
