As small as they are, we ALL have used a zipper at one point in our lives. We understand that there is a ton of frustration that may exist with zippers so we're here to help. As one of the last full-service zipper factories left in the US, we want to help provide some tips and tricks to solve some of the zipper problems that are out there. We may not be able to solve world peace, but we do know zippers.

This video saved me from having to replace my docs that have been with me for 5 years :'))) I couldn't really take the zipper off all the way since the leather at the top was folded over and way too thick to let the zipper pass through, and I did end up breaking one of the metal stoppers, but either way I still managed to get the zipper on again using this video and a bit of sheer force. Hoping that I can get another 5 years out of these shoes!! Thank you!!

I have a pair of solomon mt.running shoes/boots, they zip as well as lace. My problem is the slider on the left boot came off. Part of the problem is the zipper has one of those waterproof covers. So how do I put it back on? Thanks...

This was the only tutorial I could find that helped me get a zipper on something with a closed end. Thank you! every other tutorial was how to reattach a zipper pull to a jacket but mine is a quartre zip so I can't simply reinsert a new zipper pull on the bottom.
This is bullshit. A waste of an hour, the teeth just fall back apart as soon as I let go. I spent almost an hour getting them all together to the top, but as soon as I try and put the zipper on, they come apart. Useless video and a waste of time.
What if 2 teeth are just separated from each other? Like the teeth are intact but the hard thing in the fabric they hold onto is broke so the teeth are able to separate from each other. Can i fix that or am i stuck adding a stop there?
