Aggeggio inutile l ho avuto x più di un anno e di cappuccini ben fatti ne avrà fatti venti! Tutti i GG provavo ma erano più le volte che non usciva schiumoso ma semplice latte macchiato! 🤔😬
Il cappuccino si versa oscillando destra e sinistra mentre versi in questo la schiuma e ben amalgamata ..e prima di versare dai due colpi sul tavolo in modo da eliminare le bolle d' aria !
Bialetti mukka and bialetti brikka were not successful hence they are nor produced anymore. You want a cappuccino just an espresso machine and save yourself from all this trouble
I totally agree with you! I have both devices and each of them were disappointing in some degree. We are successful preparing a good capuccino 40% of the time.
If you are a traditional Italian you wash your coffee maker only with water. The stains tell your coffee is getting better with time, they say. The older the better. I am not Italian but my paternal grandma was.... that is what she always said about this.
@@ernestkamilsienkiewicz4267 You're right, the Brikka is for a different coffee. I have the old model, it doesn't produce the same quality of "crema" as the 2020 versio. Both however, are supposedly able to extract better than a Moka, for a more intense flavor. I haven't noticed it, that might be just me, or I'm using the wrong type of roast. Crema isn't important to me, it's only foam. I like to add milk anyway. Cheers, Ernest.👍
Na filmie jest starsza wersja mukka. Moim zdaniem lepsza. Nowa wersja ma źle dobraną uszczelkę pod zaworem do spieniania mleka. Wymieniłem na minimalnie grubszą i działa.
