As a long time fan of the NGDB, unfortunately there were a few clunkers album wise. And yeah, I miss Jimmy. Still, they are a long time favorite. Nice to see them.
Best band ever! I love how everyone gets to sing - not just one taking the spotlight. This is what has made them successful all these years. May the Dirt Band stay forever young!! Love to them from a fan for over 50+ years!!
I've never heard Larkin Poe before this video. Came for NGDB. But trust the Dirt Band to continue their track record of bringing versatile groups together in the name of excellent music. Over half a century of wonderful collaborations and passing the torch to the next artists up.
In my opinion , the finest rendition of Dylan's ' I Shall Be Released ' is the finale of The Last Waltz where The Band and the cream of the 70's Rock world performed the song to perfection together on stage at Winterland in 1976 ! Goodnight ...goodbye ....Incredible !

This is the best thing I have seen & heard, I love this version so much, I love this Dylan classic, I hope he does it when we see Dylan at the Outlaw Festival at the Gorge!!!!! I love this song, I adore NGDB, they are my sons favorite ❤❤❤ They are wonderful, my sons grew up listening to them and our oldest loves them the most, we took his to see them at the Mount Baker Theater, in Bellingham.
I’m crying, I have loved this song since Dylan and Johnny Cash released Nashville Skyline, the first of Dylan’s Nashville Trilogy, I love this song so much, I have since I was a young teenager and my whole family loves and reveres NGDB!!!❤
My family loves the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, their music has been a big part of the soundtrack of my life, been listening to them since I was 11-12. I love and own all 3 Will The Circle Be Unbroken CD’s. Our 3 sons listened to all our Nitty Gritty albums. Amazing talent, from the author to the performers, this is a fabulous song. Found this version while looking for songs to play on a lap steel guitar, and behold! I can play every instrument in this recording. Finally found a purpose for my looper. Hey Bob! "Every man that put me here" and every other word in this tune is incredibly crafted. . .
