Bravo!!! Give a big round of applause for the covert efficiency of the CIA. How unfortunate that there wasn't a legitimate investigation and trial with Oswald and Ruby in attendance. Instead, with both of them swept out of the way, we had to accept the Warren Commission as the only source of "truth". 🤣 It's 2024 and there are still 16,000 documents related to the JFK assassination that are still being kept hidden from the American public. In addition, there are 80,000 documents concerning 9/11 being kept secret. Why the secrecy? Are they classified because of national security reasons? There are many important things to be noted here but...the one that STARKLY stands out...is how respectful the Press was then. You can tell that...something has seriously gone wrong with our Country. (As planned...by those who have been pulling the levers of power from behind their curtain of secrecy...the same people (allies) who killed JFK are the ones to give us the America we have today.)
I was 6 when JFK was murdered. The thing I remember most is my mom crying for what seemed like forever. That was my first experience with grief. My mom loved him. Most presidents and presidential candidates anymore are barely likable.
What a jarring comparison to view Eisenhower's genuine empathy for JFK, a politician of the opposite party, in contrast to the insincere, hollow remarks of Biden and Harris on the assassination attempts against Trump. The noble characters that Eisenhower and JFK possessed were not happy accidents; they were the result of inculcation by family, church, school, athletics, military service, and culture. It is so difficult to rear children today with the same virtue because most of these institutions are seriously undermined or impaired. May God deliver us from evil!

Eisenhower was a great leader, a great General, and a great President. I'm so glad that he is finally getting the respect and honor he's always deserved. Unfortunately, the common sense he believed the American ppl once possessed is now circling the drain. One last thing, a note to Whoopie, notice how despite Eisenhower being out of office, that he was still addressed by the Press as, "Mr. President"? It's the proper way of addressing a person who once held the office. Kind of like being a Marine. Once a Marine, always a Marine. Same with the title of President, you dolt.
Otherwise I remember in 1959 almost daily network news showing Castro mowing down Bautista's fighters in firing squads! Ike let Cuba die!! I ask the question again: Why didn't Eisenhower do anything!!!!!!

Eisenhower was the greatest American President since Abraham Lincoln. Number two is Ronald Reagan, and number three is Donald Trump. Joe Biden is the worst President since Abraham Lincoln, and Jimmy Carter was the second worst President in my lifetime. Shame on Barack Obama for supporting and endorsing Joe Biden!

You want to see a really good speech by Eisenhower watch his farewell address to the nation about the growing military industrial complex and how they were doing things behind his back and were becoming too powerful and needed to be put in check which Kennedy was doing. And withdrawing troops from Vietnam. And the Military Industrial Complex was about to become flooded with money and the power to distribute military contracts for the coming war in Vietnam. Then JFK put a stop to their financial windfall and that couldn’t happen. The joint chiefs and upper cia were the only ones who could pull something off of this magnitude and pretty much get away with it. Why do you think the classified documents that were supposed to be released were not released. Almost 70 years later they are still afraid of what will happen if they were to release the files and the public were actually informed of what took place. It would destroy the opinion of the federal government and they still can’t release them. They must be unbelievably terrible for this to be occurring and the fact that no one is concerned or voicing their opinion to disclose the truth is sad & un-American!
Poor president Eisenhower! He gives too much credit to the people to have common sense. If he were to see our nation now, I'm sure his comment would be a very different one.

He also said some really bad things about our country and a press conference about 10 years before this and now and then he got on there and he was saying about our military might that it might get out of hand and that he didn't like all the stuff that was going on Eisenhower said. All of that then he comes out and tells us not to not to believe all the conspiracy theorists, but that detrusting our government and the government was the one that said that there was A. Lone sat assassin and then it was Oswald that killed him. And not all those other shooters. Then we find out later who really did it and it wasn't. As well now you tell me
