be warned everyone deadlock is ONLY fun with friends. You will be placed into a queue with only duos and solos in solo queue. Usually what happens is the team who has the more knowledge wins the game overall. Knowledge is all over the place in solo queue right now and it is true hell. I can accurately predict the match outcome at minute 10 when the laning phase ends. Not because comebacks are impossible. They are actually very easy and this game has some of the best comebacks mechanics out of any moba. It is just impossible to work with a team that lacks the knowledge on how to come back from behind. They will just throw their bodies at the most pushed up lane over and over and over, making the gap so large that it erases any chance at victory.
honestly as someone who played prodigy since 2018, the art style looked so much better back then, the current art style is fine but i miss the old one. it was so much more detailed and just overall better
its funny how most players accept how you ranked their game but then brawl stars players just go "hold my star power" and type an entire paragraph on why you messed up so let me join them. i think something you missed is that you USED to be able to buy the brawl pass every second season with gems, but at the start of 2024 they changed it to the current one but instead of pulling a clash royale where they made the pass worse in every way and double the cost they actually made it better for both consumer and publisher by making free to play actually get MORE rewards in the new free pass than if they bought every second pass in the old format while giving the ones who are willing to pay a nice addon to progression and also cosmetics that are mostly obtainable free to play as well. also a cool thing they added while i was away (am an og player from 2018 and quit for about 3-4 years before returning this year) they made the brawl pass more and more and more valuable, like it started as a 2/10 but rn i think it does deserve a 9/10 cuz obviously its still fomo but the format is enjoyable by both free to play by not making them feel like they are missing that much AND the ones willing to pay by giving them something that feels worth it while also giving them a special title every season for the 13$ version (the other way to get titles is to master a character in game which i think is really cool cuz you can see if a person has a title cuz he paid or cuz he actually grinded a character to mastery) also cool video i guess 4/10 not enough battle passes /j
The Dead By Daylight pass is actually pretty good. The cosmetics are always 9/10s-10/10s, 1/3 of the cosmetics are free, and it follows the buy once rule. And the challenges are pretty much stuff you do normally per game
I remember the old art style, and it's so funny how Prodigy went from an anime styled like RPG math game to something styled from like Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon. The amounts of bombarded/paywalled membership ads really made me mad and also reminded me of a Family Guy cutaway gag where Peter Griffin forces a guy at a restaurant to "Give him money". Old Prodigy was way better in my opinion. In fact, searching up "Old Prodigy" will show many results. I will never forgive Prodigy for ruining the game, as in a new art style, battle pass system, and even bombarded membership ads.
