Lady, Flo, you are right about investing in Nigeria the problem I have with the country calls Nigeria. No rule of Law too much fraud did like the commitment of enforcing rule of law and that’s scared the hellout of your investment kudos to you very knowledgeable information.
@flo mind you! Building materials are subject to specifications please. Ranging reinforcement, paints, tiles and others. Also locations too is another factor. A-4 bedroom bungalow building could varies in cost depending on the factor surrounding and clients taste and specifications otherwise your audience or followers would be mis-led. QS will be in position to give rough estimate of any particular project per time, which is subjective to variations based on prevalent economic situation
