You can also carry your yarns up the side by working over the extra one on the ch1 before you turn. It kinda twists them together so they stay neat and you can work over them super easy when rounds start.
Hi! its a bit late but, do you know why the stitches slant iver time? The checkered look falls to the side, which is beautiful btw, but how do i make the stitches align? So that its straight?
As long as your stitches are stacked and your now gaining sts at all, it's just a crochet thing with geometric patterns like this. It's normal for crochet to kind of spiral up, but won't be noticed in a solid color. To fix it, you can put the cover on your book and kind of stretch the squares into shape.
I just finished my bag and I‘m so so happy with it. It turned out beautifully. I also recommend putting a lining in it just to make it more stable. Thank you so much for the great tutorial ❤️
Slip knot . Ch 27 .hdc . Ch1 .hdc in the back loop only . Do 18 rows In row 19 .make 2 hdc .cut the yarn .and skip 5 stitches. In the 6 stitch . Ch1 .hdc .slst the first row and the last row
@varshineemuthukumar3424 I haven't tried it myself, but I think that should work just fine!! The trim might be a little thicker but I think it will be cute! 💖
You just need to skip the parts where she changes colour, you just carry on with the same colour. Meaning, when she switches to green e.g. you would skip the bit where she changes colour, but still copy the same pattern, Sorry if this is a lil' confusing 😅
Thank you for this really clear tutorial, i choose 2 color : violet and bright green (inspo : maleficent) and even if i haven’t finish yet, i’m absolutly sure it will be amazing !! Ty !!
Hi guyss, if you, like me, didn’t like to cut the yarn and make a knot every time you switch color, but you also didn’t want to do it like the tutorial… try the Russian knot! It’s not that difficult and makes the transition very smooth. There are a lot of explanations on RU-vid about how to make a Russian knot, hope that helps someone as much as it helped me ☺️
This was super easy, I’m not a beginner I would consider myself an intermediate crocheter and have made many projects but every other pattern I found was either not as cute or super confusing, so thanks ❤️😊
Im totally a beginner and i started learning know even though its not even delivered yet i ordered it because i wanna be a pro crochet and no spend you can just make your favorite items but sometimes you just get tired my hobby is crochet and im excited thank for the tutorial❤❤
Even tho i know how to make fingerless gloves from a diffrent tutorial, i decided to look for a chunky mesh sweater tut and well... lets say, they went a bit to fast for me😅 but here i am! Watching a tutorial for fingerless gloves at almost 22:30, they look pretty too! By the stiches i saw in your short, thought i would be able to crochet this. Might as well do these after im done with the pair im crocheting from the other tut! Thanks again♡
