Where do you buy this. I have a rubber sweep that actually pushes water out on the floor when opening the door. And leaks by the hing side of door because you can't put anything on door that opens
Wrong wrong wrong , why do people that don’t know what they are doing try to teach ? It’s the old those that can do it do it and those that can’t teach 😂
Wish you were in my neighborhood. As usual, everyone wants to charge me a new motorcycle when they pull up to the property, when in fact, this is exactly the repair I would prefer!
Poor video. Shows you a solution but doesn't explain anything, hence all the basic questions in the comments that should have been answered in the video.
You have no idea what wet glazed and dry locked mean. You don't set bolts in grout, and they don't freeze in place. You can't eyeball 3/8"? I hope you have good business insurance.
What the hell are they doing??? Why can’t they just tool it with their finger. This is unnecessary and I would get fired that day if I did this… holy crap
@@nasirmk this might help. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KHabFHiw60Q.html she also has videos withblead came replacement if you remove the panel.
Polished edge isnt a trade secret. It’s polished because it’s an exposed edge. Your edge Sealed in the channel will have a rough arras as it is unnecessary processing at the factory
Just last week they invented this amazing tool that will give you the best silicone job ever, it is called MASKING TAPE, you need to use high grade tape for example what you would use on painting cars.
Lol that is a terrible way to do that. Should always be taped and flat bead. Butt joints are suppose to be pumped all the way through. Quality over quantity.
Liked your video, but i would recommend you use an oil funnel just cut the end tip at an angle and goes in no problem,i never have leaks and less clean up,especially when doing balconies on the second and third floor i also never had to put silicone between the panels
When he cut the came I thought "OK, not seen this technique before, how does it get refinished?" The timeline was running down fast, still no lead being replaced, then BAM!. Glue it? WTF?
If you are relying on the compression of that gasket to keep the glass from settling or moving out of adjustment, you have already failed in your installation.
