This lens is a must to have. My favourite is the 11-22mm. I also have the old kit lens and the native telephoto but I don't use them. No need. This Sigma is ultra sharp and the focus is accurate and fast. Highly recommended.
Thank you for the tutorial. I've had a tiny black spot on my photos and had no idea how to get rid of it and thought I was going to have to send it into a shop. I'm off to purchase the supplies to clean my sensor right now.
I was too scared to even attempt this but not only that, my sensor looked like it had been completely scratched. I really thought I had to get a replacement sensor but apparently it just needed to be cleaned. I'm happy with the outcome but now I know how to go about it myself !

Thank you! I am astonished that you use a Rode VideoMic as microphone for yourself and not a so called broadcast microfon. But your voice is crystal clear.
Funny - "there's not a lot of branding on the bag" but then you proceed to name several places with branding, as if that's not branding. How is that different than any of the other bags branding?
I have this mic but my audio somehow have a subtle noise which really annoying when I bump up the dialogue volume. Have you experienced the same thing?
I saw a while back that they came out with something for the iPhone called the ascoon SeeMo connector and they go for around $150. And I was hoping they would do something with Samsung and somebody on my fx30 Facebook group posted a picture with his Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Connected To His fx30. So I went and asked him about it and he told me about the monitor Plus app for Android so now I've been using my Samsung s22 Ultra for a nice running gun setup. But I also use my 15 inch Samsung S9 Ultra tablet for indoor use or for interviews. And it works phenomenal. Don't get it messed up I still like using my atomos Ninja V but I would like to upgrade to a 7-inch monitor but I've been happy with using my s22 ultra and my S9 tablet because the screens on them are beautiful. And all you need is USBC cable on both ends and you're good to go. You can use Bluetooth but I prefer using the cable and I paid for the pro version of the app so I can touch to focus and everything. Yes it's really nice for the Sony cameras. Thanks for sharing
Hey man, I just happened to stop by at your channel and thank you so much for your comparison video. I've been looking for camera backpacks to buy and this video helped me a lot. I've just bought 2 bags for myself after many hours of comparison, F-stop Ajna and nomatic 8L slingbag. Then, a day later I found out that PM 35L camera backpack can fit the slingbag, so I was watching random review videos and here I am. I just wanted to let you know that your video quality is outstanding among others and I hope you continue what you do when you get a chance. Cheers!!
This is a highly biased review. You basically just gave everything to PM. And tie if you couldn’t come up with reason why PD is better. Horrible biased review
This is my first none-kit lense. I wanted to do macro and heard it was one of the best options out there, So I figured "what the heck, if I go all out on any 1 kind of lense, it'll be macro". I really love the feel of this lense! I love the focus ring! I use this all the time in macrophotography since I'm constantly switching to manual focus. I've discovered the range limiter makes autofocus worrk quicker too in various situations. Then I tried this for everyday photography.... Oh my! This thing is sharp for portraits, landscapes and everything. I am really happy I invested in this lense. I have to give you a shoutout for showing both none corrected and corrected versions of your samples, thank you! Most people only show edited pics or videos and I'm left wondering how much of their examples were photoshop work or the lense.
I don't know if they changed the glass now but I recently bought the 1/4 and it's amazing 🤩 no loss of detail, softens things up nicely for a dream state, and the bloom is not overwhelming 90% of the time (shooting subjects with light directly behind them is a no go for me, too much bloom) I'm curious now about the tiffen black mist! Thanks!
I might go for K&F Black Diffusion 1/8 since (apparently) it's one of the more subtle filter around (subtler than tiffen) while being cheap, keeping some contrast but still give halation on light sources. From what I've seen in these comparisons, the 1/4 and above seems too strong and lowers image quality too much like what you had.
Late reply but I LOLed at the “low profile” look of this bag, peak design is literally the opposite of that, it practically yells “ I have expensive shit in my bag” 😂. Good video though thanks 🙏
Thanks for the great review! May I ask if this is gonna be good for ASMR kind of videos? Sth like cooking/coffee making? If not, what is a budget friendly option that I can use with my iPhone 15 pro?
