it feels like a wrong choice right at the beginning, fuji combo way buffier, it s can be so much smaller if you choose 16mm 2.8 or 18mm 2.0 or even 27mm 2.8
Thanks for the review of Excire Foto 2024. I was curious if you had a chance since the review to compare it with similar capabilities in ON1 Photo RAW which also has AI keyboarding as part of its cataloging.
So the conspiracy theorists could get the same or similar photography equipment and go to a remote parts of the earth that resembles the moon like goblin Park Utah, or similar site where there's no light pollution from cities, etc, and see what it looks like. The question that gets brought up alot is, the moon has less gravity than earth, therefore the moon dust, under the landers should have went everywhere and took awhile to settle. I like to believe we went there, and think we did, but people bring up legit questions, that see to be dispelled pretty easily. Its up to you to decide I you believe the people telling the story and what do they have to gain l, or lose by lieing. It was the cold war and space race, at the time.
For your first point. They could go to Goblin Park but we would need to ask them to expose for a brightly lit camper at night and try to see if they capture any stars. As for the dust from the lander? I believe they are referring to the dust when the lander is landing. If that is the case, remember that the rockets are exerting a strong force while landing. I am pretty sure that if there was a camera film the actual landing, you would see dust flying quickly away from the landing site but slowly falling back down to earth. You are correct. Many questions are legit. The motivation to fake the landing is really present. check my video out about it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w5GVBS_uYyw.html
Could you be specific about *what functionalities might be impacting their livelihoods* ? But to possibly quickly respond to you, I have a feeling that a lot has to do with the fact that they almost have no choice. *Adobe's competitors are starting to attack with a vengeance* . Things like generative expand have been offered by Luminar for a while now. Eager to hear what functions you think will hurt us. 📷
@@JacquesGaines Content generation in the beta PS primarily, although I find their subscription model expensive too and tedious as an ongoing expense. I understand what you’re saying about market pressures and competitors. No company wants to be left behind. CG will only get better and better over time. A lot of companies will naturally use it as a cheap, fast alternative. Yes, they’ll always be a market for real moments with real people, but more and more will compete for that market as other areas dry up. Imho it’s the advertising commercial photographers that will lose out the most. Look at where we are now and think where we will be in five years.
Many Thanks for this tutorial Jacques, I have Excire Search AI 2024, LightroomClassic Plugin version, Will you be doing Tutorial for this PlugIn version, because there appear to be similarities between both Excire Apps,
Thanks!! Subbed :) I’d be curious to learn about flash photography outside on a foggy day how to set it up highlight the model and capture the mist and or the milky way! Astro x portrait is that even possible? :)
An extraordinary macro lens. I recently received mine to be paired with my xt5... let me tell you, it's a game changer. Decided to experiment with macro product shots... the sharpness and clarity are astonishing. The color rendering and the way it translates various lighting scenarios is just next level I own the 50-140, the 16mm, the 100-400, and the 16-80; all fantastic lenses, but this 80mm macro is quickly and quietly cementing it's way to becoming number one in my fujifilm lens lineup. Kudos Fujifilm!❤
Love ya for doing this! Just wait for the crazies though! "The earth is flat", we never went anywhere past the edge of the flat earth!" "How come NASA has a larger movie studio than Hollywood?" "Why are there no stars on the moon" "The pictures are fake because the cross hatches are not in proper perspective " I do hear this from people I know.....😂😂😂😂
For the crosshairs, I answered that a while back. They are called Fiducials. But you are right. My sleeves are up 😅. I try my best to sympathise with their cause 😍 Here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w5GVBS_uYyw.html
4:26 - Persuasive skills - A lot of repetition of the word dream throughout the speech - Symbolic language paints an image that resonates with the audience 6:05 - Example of symbolic language - Inclusive language, making the audience feel as though the dream is shared between all - Good balance between realism and optimism - Many widely understood allusions (e.g bible, constitution, American ideals etc...) - Strategic and skilful use of pauses to let his message sink in - Memorable phrases (anaphora) - e.g "Let freedom ring" " "100 years later) and more - It was good call to action (go back to Mississippi and demand your rights)
Point well taken. It was a great light for the time I used it. I still have it downstairs in my RU-vid sudio as a hairlight.. But at about three years in, the buttons started playing tricks on me (especially the light intensity scroll wheel). The are a million new alternatives in 2024. I'm still not sure why RU-vid feeds this to everyone. That being said, you could problably get one these for a song on marketplace. So if they sell for around 25$ or 35$, its still a great buy. Hope that hepls.
hey! i have an X-T30ii - does this setting not work in full manual mode? using the built in flash, i’m still just guessing in the dark in low light scenarios even with this setting enabled in the video.
i would like to shoot with two bodies, having 2 primes on each. i already own an xt3. would you guys recommend me getting another xt3 or and xt2 at half the price?
🙂I always recommend you get a double of the camera that you already own. Knowing a body (advantages and faults) already is valuable. I strongly recommend that you double your X-T3. Primarily because they are at great prices used and the X-T3 is just a fantastic camera. My two cents. Sorry for the late response.
Made my day got the XT 30 II and my only pain when using it was the Q button especial as I rotate between portrait and landscape thanks very very much 🎉
As a complete beginner to manual photography, i just bought an xt20, and this is the function that i don't understand! Isn't it better to have it turned on all the time so you can see how your settings are and exactly what picture you'll be taking? I don't know why you would turn it off. Wouldn't turning it off just make it look like your picture would be good, then it turns out bad. I know you explained turning it off, but i don't get it, im an idiot, and clueless to what's going on!
First of all you are not an idiot. Stop that! You need a preview of what you are about to shoot. But because your flash shoots a temporary burst of light to take the picture, that is impossible. Why? Your shot preview panics because it sees an overly dark image even though the flash will illuminate your shot to near perfect exposure. This setting is to simply show you what you are shooting while you shoot with flash. This is only a problem when you use a mirrorless camera by the way.
@@JacquesGaines Thanks for explaining. Im completely new to manual photography, so all these different functions on tutorials are alot to take in! Im considering a photography class, so i can actually learn properly.
do you think this adapter can work with a very small mic like Boya BY-P4? the description says the adapter has an output voltage of 2 volts and small mics like lapel mics don't need much power. did feiyu intentionallly create this adapter to work exclusively on powered mics? that's depressing.
Unfortunately I believe so. I think that the problem with having higher input gain is that you need an internal preamp. I prefer having a powered mic take care of that because given the size of this thing. Even if it had a preamp, the noise level would be through the roof.
Nice review👍🏼 I cannot remember though that is said “portrait lens” on the box. It is a great lens for creatives how want to use that focal length (and aperture) to make any subject magical. Landscape, street, portret, … ☺️
It also works for the X-30II!!!!! It was annoying hitting that button all the time, so, thanks for point that out 4 yrs ago and Fujifilm had nothing I saw in their Manual suggesting that this was even possible. Might want to restore it in the future, but, as I just purchased this camera, until I get more comfortable it will remain off.
I'll just had that, even thou the 15-45 is a plastic electric zoom kit lens, the image quality is impressive. I've ben baffled by its quality so many times I lost the idea of selling this little gem
Thank you for your thoughts on this so far - as a photographer myself I find this an interesting topic. There was however an example of a series of prints taken from the same roll of film. Crosshairs were present on all but one. How could we explain that using your suggestion? (leaving aside one silly explanation that they swapped the camera backs at one point and then swapped them back).
(sorry about my english) As I commented in another channel Sooner or later the generative AI will be present in the moment of the photo. Not just after as a post production. And this will be a game changer. Sadly a kind of game changer that destroys a lot of jobs. A photo or a video inst just about the photographer or the videomaker, and we all know that. We work with make up artists, stylists, producers, gaffers, transportation, location, food, etc To a lot of jobs this whole group of workers are in threat. Its kinda sad that the tecnological evolution looks only after profit instead of the society / people.
My God! Your reflection is crazy amazing. Seriously I never thought of that. It brings in serious implications that never came to mind. Like one of the commenters said before., once this is put into the hands of evil people, who knows where it will take us. I have not been this legitimately fearful since my youth and the fear of the atomic bomb. Crazy times
