Sorry. Full stop here. I was interested in what you had to say for 1 minute. That "rule of thumb" is nonsense. It ignores everything important such as radiator material (copper or aluminium), FPI (fins per inch), fin design (wrinkled/painted/epoxy coated), radiator volume, reservoir size, pump capacity in lpm, air flow, static pressure of the case, expected ambient temperature, tubing material & fittings (pressure loss in the plumbing so to speak). And if your thermal block(s) is(are) inefficient - well.... I'd be totally OK to reference AIO manufacturer's general recommended sizes. But I have seen everything from 18FPI, 14FPI, 12FPI and even 10FPI in the "thin" AIOs. Thank you for your contribution to the community. The first minute was looking good. I was hoping someone can explain sizing based on total watts and part design. I have yet to find an engineer based video.
How much space between bottom fans and gpu mount you got? While straight and tilted? I want to invest in the gpu mount but I’m afraid of clearance issues below it, I’m running an EK quantum surface s360 below it and 3x d30 fans… idk if it will fit
Now, how do you clean this type of case? I'm curious because I have the same case and I still don't know how to clean the big fan included in the case.
