In 2023 I bought the opaline dial but the bracelet is not up to par. It was missing a glide or tfit lock. I love the watch and changed the bracelet to a Zealande blue strap with a deployment clasp. It cost me over $200, but it’s specifically made for the Tudor black bay watch. Now I enjoy wearing it immensely. I feel Tudor needs to get with the program and put glide lock on all its watches. I also have the Pelagos blue date which has a great glide as does the Pro but my BB41 doesn’t. Do them for all. It cost them pennies on the dollar
I have had my Blue Dial face for about 9 years now and I absolutely love it . I recently bought a Blue alligator strap with a deployment clasp directly from GO but I have been reluctant to change it out because the pin is extremely hard to push out, has anyone had success finding a good quality tool? I want to travel with just one watch but have to option available to me to change out straps. Great Video and a stunning watch.
Thanks for the good quality shots ! Although it's been over a year, would you happen to have the weight of the watch, just out of curiosity ? I would assume the Platinum bezel doesn't add much and the rest of the watch is steel. Pt watches are super dense & heavy, usually. Take care !
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the shots😁 it’s about the same weight as a submariner so around 120-130g. The platinum does add some weight but because the thickness is only at 11.5mm and the diameter is smaller too at 40mm👍🏻 Only the bezel is platinum so yeah really doesn’t add much weight to the watch.
@@time2watch-18interesting you say that because bar one (Jenni Elle), every review I’ve seen is people gushing over the blue dial. I’ve been hard-pressed to find reviews of the slate dial.
I just purchased this watch in the Caribbean. I never had this brand before but I think it is a gorgeous watch. It is for a man with a good wrist, though as it shows larger than 40 mm on the wrist, I happen to have a seven and three-quarter inch wrist so it fits beautiful on me and I really like this watchhas a little bit of an AP flare two in the octagonal design

This was at The Twelve Apostles, Melbourne, Australia😊 To my knowledge this is the only dial colour for the black bay 58 bronze. The gradient brown is really stunning in person though👍🏻 The 43mm black bay bronze comes in a dark grey dial, you can check that out! Cheers!
This would be a great choice if you were to get only 1 Rolex😊 It is perfectly balanced between sporty and dressy so it is extremely versatile. It is also really comfortable on wrist. And lastly, the blue dial with the red seconds hand just pops and makes it such a joy to look at! Hope you get yours soon and enjoy wearing it everyday😁👍🏻
