yes, he's dominating this and that and stil punching gloves, arms and air... don't know bro, they have to run it again more the once I think. Bivol is faster, is precise and have enough power to tame the beast, not sure about his cardio though, he was trying to hit harder than he's used to and i think that was what hold him back a little too much
A reminder of the rules/what is subject to debate An in depth analysis with what has been done, why, how was it effective and how was it solutioned or not and how could it have been ? Explanition of context and the trainer's role Giving a wider perspective on how the performance was delivered to the audience An historic reminder And finally a huge shoutout to those to unreal fighters that offered us this classic Thank you, you've won n°1 place in my opinion in terms of breakdown of this fight so far as i think you are spot on. Here are two other videos wich i tought were very helpfull to understand what was going on : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YRwMgFtIUvM.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wGxPJHBE3j8.html Great work !

I think reason why this is best position in my opinion is because you have every possible defense at your deck. you can easily cross arm block, parry, roll, counter, switch to high guard. you are not locked in one position.
Although I've been doing kickboxing for years, I had my nose broken in sparring due to a bad high guard position (and obviously my sparring partner being inconsiderate). This video helped me a lot to correct my high guard, thanks. Please add more videos about guards and counterattacks when we fight an aggressive person and have to deal with hard punches if you can.
For a second or two AJ thought he was the Bronze Bomber but then reality hit him, hard. After all his recent losses it's time for him to retire but he won't...
