I'm 40 but I'm pretty fit. I've been training lately. Just for a new skillset. I'm a seasoned wrestler but I need to get my boxing game up. I can do ground & pound all day but I need to get my standup fighting skills up. Thanks, brother. Liked & subscribed
The tip on circling vs taking angles is amazing. This is not usually emphasized. Taking an angle successfully is a lot of effort and at least for me, usually works at most once a round in sparring. It feels like circling gives you 80% of the benefits with 5% of the effort. Thanks!
