Hi interesting video. May I ask, what will you do with those codes? Will there be an app where you will enter those codes? Or you're just email it to somebody?

How is this not automated by now or why wouldn’t it be better to have a PDF of this whole book and CTRL + F the word or section you need to go instead of flipping to it like the 80s

My god daughter is interested in this but is it AI proof? What will keep humans a necessity for this type of work?

Hi. I am a bit confused by the comments in other videos for coding. So AAPC offers the program, but once I finish the course I take the exam and then I become a coder? Or do I have to do more courses?

I am a bit older looking for a new career. I am researching this field and it's drawing me in. Looking at online courses vs. local community college since I may be moving to a new state in a few months. Thanks for your videos. They are helpful to get a great insight on this profession that can be done remotely. If you have any videos of yours you suggest for the stage I am in on this journey do share!

90460 says first for each component, 2 vaccines has 3 components. There are 9 components altogether, take away one for each vaccine which 5 and you have 4 components left
@pacitataylor1079
@pacitataylor1079 7 дней назад
With 8 components altogether I would pick C. I agree with you about 90460 being the first and the rest is the other 8 for 90461

I started an online medical billing and coding course in 2018. The practicum went very badly for me. The support was not helpful at all. Just a few moments on the phone and they were done. I am restarting my training, reviewing my anatomy and terminology. I'm trying to select another course that will work for me.

this is so sad!!!! the reason why I did not get in to coding was because I was told that how they code in the hospitals was different from the doctors office. that you would need more training medicaid codes.......DAMN!!!!!!!

Good advice about the desk reference book! I just failed my exam got a 62% but I’m happy still bcz I’m self taught in a way did my careerstep program! But i get the concepts and my weak points are e/m, medicine and coding injury sequencing.

I am totally self-taught. I had to learn everything on the job with minimal training. To say it was tough is an understatement. If I could go back and do anything differently, it would be to go back and take a coding and billing crash course just to help equip myself better for what I was doing every day on the job.

I am going through a school but, this is 💯 work from you! It’s all reading. All! There’s no “teaching” even if you are going to school. Learn medical terminology using flash cards, buy the books and read a ton!
