I'm wondering if this is the same for people who chronically sleep and wake up later. I sleep around 1-2am and wake up around 9. Are the windows the same for me, or is it the time intervals that stay the same, as in, 3-4 hours after waking up?
if I’m working a night shift from 9pm to 7am when’s the best time or time to drink coffee to ensure I stay awake and alert during my shift but can sleep after it ends ?
Most common for heart attacks to occur between 4-10am but it’s speculated to be because of the cortisol spike, that’s why coffee is better right after that period

That is interesting news, when I was on day 6 of swapping Teeccino herbal coffee for real coffee someone offered me a black tea I drank about noon, that night I was exhausted - fell asleep early, slept like 11 hours. But mostly just giving up on coffee made my sleep better and feel deeper
Good video, but you should also mention how caffeine has a half life. Every hour, your caffeine level will reduce by half, which in the end translate itself to the following guideline: Drink your last cup of caffeinated drink around 13-14h. Taking any caffeine after that (and considering you go to bed around 22h), will greatly reduce your sleep quality. You will be able to sleep, but it will be "bad" quality sleep. There's also a whole proven science about it that's quite interesting.
I’d say it’s much better to drink your coffee around 10-11am and stay away from it for the rest of your day because it may cause sleep problems due to the fact that it takes about 12h for average body to metabolize caffeine. But everyone is different 😊
i have been trying to lose weight and I suspect that I drink too much cofee because I have too high level of cortisole. I 'm quite good at diet definitely not obese but can't get my perfect body shape ...
Wow Frank; a doctorate in Nutrition and Metabolic Biology, is passionate about all things science, art, medicine, nutrition, and fitness. So awesome!!!! First off, my favorite coffee? Well, lately I've been buying/drinking a organic cold brew named, Bizzy. I have a question about wine: So, because of the alcohol, it's actually unhealthy for us, correct?
Best coffee ever! Trinidad and Tobago’s Grounded Field coffee from Lasalle Trace, Biche. Boiled in an old time enamel cup, black! Now when you drink that! You don’t eat all day and you work with an alertness and precision 😮There’s just no other😊!
