Hey brother ! I read somewhere that coffee decreses insulin senstivity . So i have black coffee with breakfast or a protein rich meal so it it possible that my body may not absorb the nutrients properly and protein or carbs directly get stored as fat(most of it ) and not aid in muscle hypertrophy ?
