I love the details here. Dan wears these pearly hair clips when she's in love and meeting him and when he dies, her clips shift to boring simple metal ones
ok, so I am going to compare them to a different genre. She was Rogue to his Gambit She is aloof, elegant and untouchable. She was shy and wary of trusting people. She had to come out of her shell to find love. He is a cool suave and always enticing with his words and charm. He is a conman, a criminal, a professional cynic. You couldn't pick 2 people with more contrasting personalities. But you put these two together and there is an instant chemical reaction!!!! Two people with broken hearts, looking to be loved, to be understood, and to have a kind heart and welcoming presence in their life. the moment they became drinking buddies, he carried her home and she told him to stay- my heart melted. She would always have her guard up with him, but she couldnt resist being close to him. He could read her like a book, and not many of her friends or family understood her the way that he did. The writer did a good job with the 2nd couple and its heart-breaking that Seo Dan and Seung Jun didnt work out.
I just finished this drama and these two really helped me finish it because I was getting bored a bit with the main two lol but I also have a soft spot for second lead couples! They had amazing chemistry and imo the saddest love story! I’m so heartbroken that they killed Seungjoon, they both deserved better!! 😭😭😭
Isn't it funny how some of the viewers end up liking the second leads' love story more than the main leads. That's exactly me!...i was rooting for this couple the whole time!

This was like adding salt to an injury 😭 It’s been years and I still haven’t moved on from the fact that they didn’t end up together. The writers did them dirty. I was actually rooting for them more than the main leads.
SeungJun dying in the end is very realistic & though it's heartbreaking that Seo Dan never gets to have a happy ending with him, these instances happen in real life and I'm glad the show did this. My fave scene would be when he gave Ye-rins ring to her & saying "that's the best I could do for now." Imagine in real life when a guy has lost everything he has & still manages to give what he has left to the girl she loves, that's just heartbreaking.
I could also resonate so much with his lines, "I have been trying my best to live a good life. Not knowing where I am headed. But in the end, I'm at the bottom." 😭😭😭 Getting tired to do so much effort in life and nothing you ever wanted is given back to you 🤧😭. I've dated literally bad guys & I'm such a soft heart with them upon knowing they have a good heart inside, it's just that they're just lost on the road they're taking.
Second season...plot twist KJH only fainted n crash landing ly meet again with seo Dan..they actually crashed more (as in bumped n met)into each other throughout the drama..
