The only way the game can be considered a spoiler, is if they keep making movies that take place before the events of the game. For example Furiosa. In the game it was already explained that Dr Dementus had a biker gang and they went to war against the Citadel in the Wasteland Wars, thats how Hope ended up in the game area. But I agree that the game doesn't fit in, and several details made that clear.
That was *excellent*. It amazes me that nobody in the production seems to value/ want these cars. If I was working on that production, I would have been pestering them for a chance to buy it after it had lived out its promotional life. I would feel silly driving a standard Delorean or a Starsky and Hutch Ford. But I'd drive a Mad Max Interceptor all day long to work and home and picking up the kids and f*** the haters. Can someone spot me the petrol money though :)
I started playing the video game recently. I get the impression that reaching the "Plains of Silence" is code for suicide, death by stranding. I don't think Max actually believes he will find anything out there that helps him, just that he can't admit to himself that he wants to die. So he has to make it a mission for himself - go here, do this. He might not even fully realize that this is suicide. He's like that penguin in the Herzog documentary that wanders toward the interior of the Antartic continent.
It's crazy to think you need to intentionally muck up a car perfectly for a film. It's like getting a pair of perfectly good jeans and putting holes in them.
you cant have a mad max movie withou mad max being the main point. this is just some woke shit where they put a chick in it and make her lame and gay. fuck prequels anyways its lazy writing.
What a stupid title. Unless you're arguing that this isn't reality we're living in, which could be possible. That aside they were built so the cars are reality, the stunts were reality, everything is within reality.
We have a cattle dog and we were so sad by indeed, the hardest scene to watch in the movie. So this was so fun to watch knowing Dog's great real life. Good Dog!
the tire idea is adapted from how they do it in the outback without any proper parts ... there s a documentary about it here on YT ... bush mechanics or what ever it was called ... aboriginals going back and forth in rag tag holdens and stuff
I had a blue heeler growing up who would bite the tires occasionally, but she always stuck by us. She was so loyal and protective of the family. But she loved car rides. Also she was deaf.
I think the intercepter was built again with shiny bodyparts it was used in the fury road and had quite a few scenes there was scene where max says," they took my blood now they have my car!!!!"
Destroying the hero car was such a stupid decision. For just a few thousand, or even a few hundred could have got a more powerful motor or engine swapped the stunt car. Absolute stupidity
The mad max game feels like STALKER Anomaly, if you didn't know about it, it is a standalone DLC for the STALKER trilogy, it's a good game but like mad max the game, it's story is non canon, even though both have fun gameplay they are just not there in line with the originial, they're the bastard son of their franchise if you know what i mean, the black sheep of the series. Either way avalanche studios did their best to present mad max with heavy WB intervention, and i respect that
I just watched Furiosa last week, before that I played the Mad Max game 4 years ago, it just now that I watched your video. Now it all makes sense why the characters in Furiosa and in the video game looks different. From that moment there I knew the game wasnt canon but still gave me goosebumps hearing some familiar names from the game in the movie.
Cory Barlog and George Miller at the helm of a Mad Max game or any other video game title is a match made in heaven. I hope George Miller lives long enough to still make a Mad Max game.
